The home
Stripped to the beams and rebuilt in 2002 to an architect's design, then kept current: new cherry floors and kitchen in 2016, both central-air systems replaced since 2021, and a new roof and gutters in 2023.
20 Forty Acres Drive sits at the end of a quiet street in south-central Wayland, with conservation land behind it. Wayland is low-density and quiet, with Lake Cochituate, the Sudbury River, the town beach, a rail trail, and thousands of acres of conservation land. Wayland Town Center has Whole Foods, restaurants, and services. Mass Pike access is at Route 30 in Natick.
